10 Green Stems
We have created an initiative which will measure how sustainable your completed workspace is. We have 5 categories and give a rating out of 10 Stems for each category. For every stem you receive we plant a native Australian tree on your behalf. We also provide a certificate confirming your independent rating and your contribution to making this world a little greener.
Design sustainably
The design stage is the first crucial step to ensuring your space will flow and be as efficient and productive as possible, whilst reducing your ongoing energy costs. This can start with your energy provider, identifying the greenest to save you financially and boost your Stem rating.
Build sustainably
With a well balanced, well informed team we monitor all materials to mitigate waste. Where materials are no longer required, it is not discarded, we log it and relocate it for re purpose, or to the depot for redistribution in the future. We also offer cost saving options to re use near new materials and equipment in your new space which will also contribute to your 10 Green Stems rating.
Live sustainably
Once your space is built, you will receive your 10 Green Stems certification and your rating and the STEM booklet which outlines how you can continue to strive for a greener future in the built environment. Your space will feel more functional and efficient, your team will be proud of their sustainable space, and they will continue to strive for a greener future and hopefully continue to spread the word.
